Moshe Cohen – CEO
CEO of Jade Ltd -business development firm in the Far East.
Previously the EVP of Corporate Development of ComSense, Moshe was responsible for the agreements with Marubeni Corp, Deutsche Bank and others.
Managed transactions of more then $40 million (funding, deals and M&A) With over 20 patents to his name he is an having held position a Signal Corporation and was previously the CEO of Creator Ltd -- a start up in Israel.
Alan Sege – Chairman
Previously the SVP Business Affairs and Chairman of ComSense, Alan was responsible for the US operations including the company’s successful negotiations with Visa Intl and AOL. Alan is an accomplished commercial attorney working in the information technology field for ten years, and has served directly at top law firms and venture capital companies. He holds degrees from Georgetown University Law Center (cum laude '94) and has a BA (Hons ‘89) from the Oberlin College.
Gil Mendelson - CFO
Having held a number CFO and Operations roles inside and outside Israel, Gil's experience crosses technology, manufacturing and product based companies. He has an MBA from Edinburgh business school.
Nir Dvash - CTO
Nir has been developing hardware for the past 12 years in many fields including microprocessors based control units, RF communication systems, remote control systems, audio and embedded voice recognition/verification.
One of Mr. Dvash's products is the Vocally. A voice activated telephone dialer that
Can be connected to any phone and turn it into a voice activated phone.
Samuel J. Naparstek – Director
For 20 years Samuel Naparstek successfully founded, developed and managed several non-profit social service and educational organizations in Southern California.
The institutions developed under his leadership and direction received wide acclaim from the local and broader communities, and on many occasions Mr. Naparstek hosted various local and internationally recognized dignitaries at his fund-raising events.
Through this period of time, Mr. Naparstek became acquainted with many business leaders and was instrumental in brokering a variety of multi-million dollar transactions through his keen expertise and expansive base of contacts and associations in the high-tech world.
Furthermore, he became managing partner of the business development conglomerate Jade, with partnerships in the United States, Israel and Asia. Since 2003, Samuel Naparstek has been engaged as a consultant for various private enterprises and has recently joined as a member of the Board of Directors of BeepCard, Inc.
Mr. Naparstek graduated from the Rabbinical College of America in Morristown, New Jersey, and is an ordained Rabbi with a Bachelor's degree.
